Moderate Error. Licensee is able to use the Licensed Product(s) but is experiencing suspected or actual Errors in the Licensed Product(s) causing interruption of Licensee’s use of the Licensed Product(s). Artisan Components will respond to Moderate Errors by making commercially reasonable efforts to assign a technician to investigate the Error within sixteen (16) business hours from the time the Licensee reports the Error. Artisan Components will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide a Workaround as soon as practical, or to provide an Update to fix the Error in a timeframe to be agreed upon by both parties.

Artisan Components shall, in any event, provide [***] updates to Licensee on the status of the resolution of a Moderate Error. Artisan Components shall either (a) provide a Workaround or Update to fix a Moderate Error within [***] after it is reported; or (b) within such [***] period, provide to Licensee a [***] for [***] of such Moderate Error which [***] shall be [***] to [***], such [***] to be [***].
Moderate Error. If an Error causes intermittent but recurring disruptions in the use of an Application ("Moderate Error"), ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall commence efforts to remedy the Moderate Error within one (1) business day after receipt of Notification, and shall work until a commercially reasonable remedy for the Moderate Error is implemented.

  • Service Level Expectations Without limiting any other requirements of the Agreement, the Service Provider shall meet or exceed the following standards, policies, and guidelines:

  • Sleeping Room Rate(s) A. The Contractor shall provide sleeping rooms to the Attendees at the following rate during the Program: i. For single occupancy room, $@@@.@@ per night per room. B.   • Unbundled Channelization (Multiplexing) 5.7.1 To the extent NewPhone is purchasing DS1 or DS3 or STS-1 Dedicated Transport pursuant to this Agreement, Unbundled Channelization (UC) provides the optional multiplexing capability that will allow a DS1 (1.544 Mbps) or DS3 (44.736 Mbps) or STS-1 (51.84 Mbps) Network Elements to be multiplexed or channelized at a BellSouth central office. Channelization can be accomplished through the use of a multiplexer or a digital cross-connect system at the discretion of BellSouth. Once UC has been installed, NewPhone may request channel activation on a channelized facility and BellSouth shall connect the requested facilities via COCIs. The COCI must be compatible with the lower capacity facility and ordered with the lower capacity facility.   • Currency Fluctuations If on any Computation Date the Revolving Facility Usage is equal to or greater than the Revolving Credit Commitments as a result of a change in exchange rates between one (1) or more Optional Currencies and Dollars, then the Administrative Agent shall notify the Borrower of the same. The Borrower shall pay or prepay (subject to Borrower’s indemnity obligations under Sections 5.8 [Increased Costs] and 5.10 [Indemnity]) within one (1) Business Day after receiving such notice such that the Revolving Facility Usage shall not exceed the aggregate Revolving Credit Commitments after giving effect to such payments or prepayments
