Moderate Errors Sample Clauses

The 'Moderate Errors' clause defines how minor or non-material mistakes in a contract or its execution are to be handled. Typically, this clause clarifies that such errors—like typographical mistakes or small discrepancies—do not invalidate the agreement or trigger penalties, provided they do not significantly affect the parties' rights or obligations. Its core function is to prevent disputes or contract termination over inconsequential issues, ensuring that the contract remains enforceable and practical despite minor imperfections.
