Common use of Modification of Agreements Clause in Contracts

The Loan Parties will not, and will not permit their respective Subsidiaries to, amend, modify or change, or consent or agree to any amendment, modification, change or consent to or regarding, any of the terms of any Material Contracts, except to the extent such change, amendment, modification or consent would not have a Material Adverse Effect.
