Modification of AvMed Provider Network and Participation Status Sample Clauses

The 'Modification of AvMed Provider Network and Participation Status' clause allows the health plan provider, AvMed, to make changes to its network of participating healthcare providers and to update the participation status of those providers. In practice, this means that AvMed can add or remove doctors, hospitals, or other medical professionals from its network at its discretion, and may change whether a provider is considered in-network or out-of-network for plan members. This clause ensures that AvMed retains flexibility to manage its provider network efficiently, addressing changes in provider availability or quality, and helps the plan adapt to evolving healthcare needs and contractual relationships.

Additionally, we may at any time terminate or modify the terms of any provider contract, and may enter into additional provider contracts, without prior notice to or approval by you. It is your responsibility to determine whether a Health Care Provider is an In-Network Provider at the time the Health Care Service is rendered.

  • Modification of Services Credit Union reserves the right to modify the Service from time to time without making prior notice to Member, provided, however, that Credit Union will give you at least thirty (30) days notice prior to making any modifications to the Service that would materially alter their functionality.

  • Exceptional Access to Thick Registration Data In case of a registrar failure, deaccreditation, court order, etc. that prompts the temporary or definitive transfer of its domain names to another registrar, at the request of ICANN, Registry Operator will provide ICANN with up-­‐to-­‐date data for the domain names of the losing registrar. The data will be provided in the format specified in Specification 2 for Data Escrow. The file will only contain data related to the domain names of the losing registrar. Registry Operator will provide the data as soon as commercially practicable, but in no event later than five (5) calendar days following ICANN’s request. Unless otherwise agreed by Registry Operator and ICANN, the file will be made available for download by ICANN in the same manner as the data specified in Section 3.1 of this Specification.

  • INDEPENDENT SINGLE OR PROGRAM-SPECIFIC AUDIT If Grantee, within ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s fiscal year, expends a total amount of at least $750,000 in federal funds awarded, Grantee shall have a single audit or program-specific audit in accordance with 2 CFR 200. The $750,000 federal threshold amount includes federal funds passed through by way of state agency awards. If Grantee, within ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s fiscal year, expends a total amount of at least $750,000 in state funds awarded, Grantee must have a single audit or program-specific audit in accordance with TxGMS, State of Texas Single Audit Circular. The audit must be conducted by an independent certified public accountant and in accordance with 2 CFR 200 Government Auditing Standards, and TxGMS. For-profit Grantees whose expenditures meet or exceed the federal or state expenditure thresholds stated above shall follow the guidelines in 2 CFR 200 or TxGMS, as applicable, for their program-specific audits. Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Single Audit Services will notify Grantee to complete the Single Audit Determination Form. If Grantee fails to complete the Single Audit Determination Form within 30 calendar days after notification by HHSC Single Audit Services to do so, then Grantee shall be subject to the DFPS sanctions and remedies for non-compliance with this Contract. Each Grantee that is required to obtain a single audit must competitively re-procure single audit services once every six years. Grantee shall procure audit services in compliance with this section and state procurement procedures as well as with the provisions of TxGMS.

  • Bulk Registration Data Access to Icann Periodic Access to Thin Registration Data. In order to verify and ensure the operational stability of Registry Services as well as to facilitate compliance checks on accredited registrars, Registry Operator will provide ICANN on a weekly basis (the day to be designated by ICANN) with up-to-date Registration Data as specified below. Data will include data committed as of 00:00:00 UTC on the day previous to the one designated for retrieval by ICANN.

  • LEAST RESTRICTIVE ENVIRONMENT/DUAL ENROLLMENT CONTRACTOR and ▇▇▇ shall follow all LEA policies and procedures that support Least Restrictive Environment (“LRE”) options and/or dual enrollment options if available and appropriate, for students to have access to the general curriculum and to be educated with their nondisabled peers to the maximum extent appropriate. CONTRACTOR and ▇▇▇ shall ensure that LRE placement options are addressed at all IEP team meetings regarding students for whom ISAs have been or may be executed. This shall include IEP team consideration of supplementary aids and services, goals and objectives necessary for placement in the LRE and necessary to enable students to transition to less restrictive settings. When an IEP team has determined that a student should be transitioned into the public school setting, CONTRACTOR shall assist the LEA in implementing the IEP team’s recommended activities to support the transition.
