Common use of Modification of Coverage Clause in Contracts

Modification of Coverage. The CITY reserves the right at any time during the term of this Contract to change the amounts and types of insurance required hereunder by giving CONTRACTOR ninety (90) days’ advance written notice of such change. If such change should result in substantial additional cost to CONTRACTOR, the CITY agrees to negotiate additional compensation proportional to the increased benefit to the CITY.

Modification of Coverage. The CITY City reserves the right at any time during the term of this Contract City Loan Agreement and City Regulatory Agreement to change the amounts and types of insurance required hereunder by giving CONTRACTOR ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and any contractor and subcontractor ninety (90) days’ days advance written notice of such change. If such change should result in substantial additional cost to CONTRACTORthe Borrower and any contractor and subcontractor, the CITY City agrees to negotiate additional compensation proportional to the increased benefit to the CITYCity.
