MODIFICATION OF GUIDELINES. You and your guests will be required to comply with all the requirements set forth in these guidelines. These guidelines are subject to change and any changes will be effective and a part of the lease once they have been delivered to you by email or in your resident portal. You are responsible for your guest’s compliance with all guidelines.
MODIFICATION OF GUIDELINES. You and your guests will be required to comply with all of the requirements set forth in these Guidelines. We have the right to change them from time to time as we deem necessary. Any changes to these Guidelines will be effective and a part of the Lease once they have been delivered to you or posted in a public area of the community used for such purposes. You are responsible for your guest’s compliance with all Guidelines. We will use reasonable efforts to get all residents and other persons to comply with the Guidelines, but we will not be responsible to you if we fail to cause any person’s compliance.
MODIFICATION OF GUIDELINES. The Board hereby agrees before modifying its Prescription Medication Ordering Guidelines that it shall consult and consider any recommendations of Operator. Furthermore, Operator agrees to cooperate in good faith with the Board in making any modifications deemed necessary by the Board.
MODIFICATION OF GUIDELINES. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Town Farm Commission resolved that the “Guidelines for Use of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Town Farm Property'' are approved and shall apply to all future uses of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Property. The Commission further resolves that the “Guidelines for Use of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Town Farm Property'' shall be posted on the town website. The Guidelines shall not be modified without the express written consent of the Parties (as defined in the Settlement Agreement), not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned, or delayed. Any modification of the Guidelines shall be in compliance with the requirements of agreements governing the Farm and applicable law. Friends and the Town will communicate and notify the neighbors within 1000 feet concerning any items most impactful to the immediate neighborhood. The Parties shall review the Guidelines and each and every one of the additional limitations and requirements set forth in the Settlement Agreement no later than twenty-five (25) years from the Effective Date of the Settlement Agreement. Such review shall consider whether modifications, if any, should be made in view of changed conditions or needs of all the Parties, along with due consideration for the goals and spirit of the Settlement Agreement. The Parties shall engage in such review in good faith and agree that such changes in conditions may allow for reasonable changes. Subsequent similar reviews shall occur at five (5) year intervals thereafter.

  • Modification for Catastrophe In event of Catastrophic Damage, Forest Service, in consultation with Purchaser, shall outline on Sale Area Map: (a) Any areas of catastrophe-affected live and dead timber meeting Utilization Standards and having undesignated timber so situated that it should be logged with the designated timber; (b) If needed, any such areas where the damaged undesignated timber can reasonably be logged separately; and (c) Areas of affected or unaffected timber that are to be eliminated from Sale Area. Forest Service shall locate and post the boundaries of all such areas, as needed. After Sale Area Map has been outlined under this Subsection, Forest Service may propose contract modification to permit the harvest of catastrophe-affected timber. If Purchaser accepts Forest Service proposed modifications, this contract shall be modified to include rates redetermined under B3.32 and other related revisions as necessary, such as revision of Operating Schedule to ensure prompt removal of affected timber when necessary to avoid further loss and provision for additional contract time, if needed.

  • Amendments, Changes and Modifications Except as to the termination rights of both Parties as indicated in the Facilities Lease, this Site Lease may not be amended, changed, modified, altered or terminated without the written agreement of both Parties hereto.

  • Modification of Schedules The Parties shall, upon written request by a Party, hold consultations to consider any modification or withdrawal of a specific commitment in the requesting Party’s Schedule of specific commitments. The consultations shall be held within three months after the requesting Party made its request. In the consultations, the Parties shall aim to ensure that a general level of mutually advantageous commitments no less favourable to trade than that provided for in the Schedule of specific commitments prior to such consultations is maintained. Modifications of Schedules are subject to the procedures set out in Articles 7.1 and 9.6
