Common use of Modification of the Lease Clause in Contracts

Modification of the Lease. (a) Effective on the Second Additional Premises Commencement Date and continuing thereafter through the Expiration Date, the Lease shall be deemed modified as follows: (i) The Fixed Rent payable by Tenant pursuant to Section 2.1 of the Lease with respect to the Second Additional Premises only shall be as set forth on Schedule 1 annexed hereto;
