PETS Sample Clauses

The PETS clause sets out the rules and restrictions regarding the presence of animals on the premises covered by the agreement. Typically, it specifies whether tenants or occupants are allowed to keep pets, may require prior written consent from the landlord, and can outline conditions such as pet deposits or limitations on the type or number of animals permitted. This clause helps prevent disputes by clearly defining expectations and responsibilities related to pets, thereby protecting property condition and ensuring the comfort of all occupants.
