Modification of these Terms. ▇▇▇▇ reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time in accordance with this provision. If ▇▇▇▇ makes changes to this Agreement, ▇▇▇▇ will post the revised Agreement on the ▇▇▇▇ platform and update the “Last Updated” date at the bottom of this Agreement. For material changes, ▇▇▇▇ will also provide Homeowner with notice of the modifications by email at least thirty (30) days before the date they become effective.

Modification of these Terms. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published on the Service. If a change to these Terms modifies Your rights and obligations, we may notify You of the modified Terms by email to the address You have provided in Your user profile. Modifications are effective upon publication. Disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the version of these Terms that was in effect at the time the dispute arose.

Modification of these Terms. 14.1. The Provider reserves the right to modify, add to or remove portions from the General Terms at its sole discretion due to the following reasons: (a) changes in applicable laws and regulations and changes in their interpretation; (b) material changes in the DreamApply or Services, including introduction of new Services; (c) material changes in the structure, work procedures or ownership of the Provider; (d) occurrence of Force Majeure; (e) constant complaints from users; (f) technological developments and emergence of new technologies that enable the enhancement, further security and other improvement of the DreamApply and provision of Services; (g) enforcement of court decisions or administrative acts; (h) other unforeseen circumstances under which amendment of the Agreement is reasonably justified or that could not have been considered by the Provider upon conclusion of the Agreement.. 14.2. The Provider shall notify the Institutiton of any material changes in the Terms 2 (two) months before the effective date of such change. If the Institution does not accept the change, the Institution should notify the Provider thereof before the end of the 2 (two) months’ period, and the Institution’s use of DreamApply or Services will terminate thereafter. The Institution’s continued use of DreamApply or Services, or any part or element thereof, after the end of the 2 (two) months’ period constitutes the Institution’s binding acceptance of such changes.

Modification of these Terms. 4.1. We reserve the right to modify the NMF Platform Terms and to modify any part of our platform services, both at any time and at our absolute discretion. 4.2. If We make changes to the NMF Platform Terms We shall publish the revised NMF Platform Terms on the NMF Platform. The changes will be binding on You from the date of the revised terms becoming available on the NMF Platform.

If you disagree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the Scraye Platform with immediate effect. Your continued access to or use of the Scraye Platform will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. 3.2 Any transactions already entered into via the Scraye Platform will remain subject to the Terms applicable at the time the transaction was entered into and will not be affected by any revised Terms updated following such date.

When we make changes to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on the BoatFlex Platform and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. We will also provide you with notice of the proposed changes by email at least thirty (30) days before the date they become effective. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you may terminate this agreement immediately as provided in these Terms. We will inform you about your right to terminate the Agreement in the notification email. If you do not terminate your agreement before the date the revised Terms become effective, your continued access to or use of the BoatFlex Platform will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

If we make changes to the Terms, we may do so without prior notice by posting the revised terms on the Specterr Platform and updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of them. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you must terminate your participation in the Specterr Platform with immediate effect by deleting your account and ceasing all use of the Specterr Services. If you do not terminate your use before the date the revised Terms become effective, your continued access to or use of the Specterr Platform will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
