Modification Required By Law. 13.4.1 The Parties agree that each and every provision of federal or state or local law, rule, regulation or order, required to be inserted in this Contract, is deemed by this reference to be so inserted in its correct form, and upon the application of either party, this Contract shall be amended by the express insertion of any such provision not so inserted or so inserted incorrectly so as to comply strictly with the law, without prejudice to the rights of either party. 13.4.2 If any clause, provision or section of this Agreement be ruled invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such clause, provision or section shall not affect any of the remaining provisions hereof.
