Common use of Modifications, Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Modifications, Entire Agreement. This Lease constitutes the entire understanding of the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof, and as of the Agreement Date, supersedes all prior or independent agreements between the parties covering the subject matter hereof. No part of it may be changed, altered, amended, modified, limited or extended orally or by agreement between the parties unless such agreement is expressed in writing, approved by the City Council and Tenant, and signed by the parties hereto.
