Modifications in Calendar, Length of School Day. Subd. 1. In the event of energy shortage, severe weather, or other exigency, the school district reserves the right to modify the duty year, and, if school is closed on a normal duty days(s), the employee shall perform duties on such other day(s) in lieu thereof as the school district or its designated representative shall determine, if any.
