Modifications to Scope of Services. The CITY may request changes that would increase, decrease, or otherwise modify the Scope of Services of this Agreement. Such changes must be contained in a written agreement executed by the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Continuing Services Agreement, prior to any deviation from the terms of the Agreement, including the initiation of any extra work.

Modifications to Scope of Services. ‌ 3.2.1. Contractor acknowledges that the Scope of Work and Contractor’s performance in connection with this Agreement are subject to change depending on the ePCR Service Provider the City selects to provide services in connection with this Agreement and the associated ePCR Systems (“ePCR driven Change Orders”). At any time during the Term of this Agreement or subsequent renewals, the Director may issue an ePCR driven Change Order to modify the services Contractor has agreed to provide or its performance of any part of this Agreement such that Contractor’s services and performance conform to the ePCR System that the City selects and align with the services and performance of the ePCR Service Provider the City selects. ePCR driven Change Orders do not require Contractor’s mutual agreement. Contractor, at no additional cost to the City, shall furnish the services or deliverables in the ePCR driven Change Order in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement, plus any special provisions, specifications, or special instructions issued to execute the extra work. 3.2.2. At any time during the Term of this Agreement, the Director may issue a Change Order to modify the services that Contractor has agreed to provide in connection with this Agreement. With the exception of ePCR driven Change Orders, Contractor shall, upon the mutual written agreement of Contractor and the Director, implement the Change Order in accordance with this Agreement, subject to any other provisions, specifications, or instructions to which Contractor, the City Attorney, and the Director mutually agree.

If special terms and conditions other than those covered within this solicitation and awarded Agreements are required, they will be attached to the PO and/or an Agreement or Contract and shall take precedence over those in this base TIPS Vendor Agreement.

  • General Scope of Services Consultant promises and agrees to furnish to the City all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, and incidental and customary work necessary to fully and adequately supply the services necessary for the Project ("Services"). The Services are more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. All Services shall be subject to, and performed in accordance with, this Agreement, the exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and all applicable local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations.

  • Modifications to Agreement You acknowledge that the practice of registering and administering domain names is constantly evolving; therefore, you agree that Tucows may modify this Agreement, or any other related and/or applicable agreement, as is necessary to comply with its agreements with ICANN, a registry or any other entity or individual, as well as to adjust to changing circumstances. Your continued use of the domain name registered to you will constitute your acceptance of this Agreement with any revisions. If you do not agree to any change, you may request that your domain name registration be cancelled or transferred to a different accredited registrar. You agree that such cancellation or request for transfer will be your exclusive remedy if you do not wish to abide by any change to this Agreement, or any other related and/or applicable agreement.
