Monetary allowances. a) The employee(s) and the employer intend that the provisions in this agreement exclude the operation of protected award conditions in the Shop Employee (State) Award dealing with any other monetary allowances and penalty rates not specifically referred to in this agreement, including, but not limited to night interval, meal, breakfast, casual employees working on Saturdays, laundering, section head, delivering goods, first aid, motor car, and disability allowances.
