Common use of Monetary Compensation Clause in Contracts

Monetary Compensation. i. Based on the scope of responsibilities, the APD position may be a “B+” or an “A” contract, determined by the members of the program based on the workload of the program, accreditation requirements, and in consultation with the ▇▇▇▇. ii. APDs on a “B+” contract will serve up to thirty (30) plus days and will provide a report to the appropriate ▇▇▇▇ representing the number of plus days that they will work over the contract period. These days shall be agreed upon in the prior academic year. iii. APDs will receive a $5,000 stipend per year for their work as APD. iv. APDs may elect to receive overload in lieu of up to six (6) hours of release time per semester.
