Common use of Monetary Contributions Clause in Contracts

Monetary Contributions. ‌ (1) The Developer must pay the Monetary Contributions in accordance with Schedule 5. (2) A Monetary Contribution is made for the purposes of this document when Council receives the full amount of the Monetary Contribution payable under this document in cash or by unendorsed bank cheque or by the deposit by means of electronic funds transfer of cleared funds into a bank account nominated by Council.
