Monetary Rates. Wage increase 1: 5% increase on base rate and allowances (as specified in Table 2) to apply from the first full pay period on or after 17th September 2003. Wage increase 2: 2.5% increase on base rate and allowances (as specified in Table 2) to apply from the first full pay period on or after 17th September 2004. Wage increase 3: 2.5% increase on base rate and allowances (as specified in Table 2) to apply from the first full pay period on or after 17th March 2005.
