Monies in the Account. 1. In no event shall the Defendants have any responsibility, financial obligations, or liability whatsoever with respect to the investment, distribution, use or administration of monies in the Account, including but not limited to the costs and expenses of such investment, distribution, use and administration, and Class Counsel Fees, except to the extent the Defendants are required to make the Initial Deposit or Subsequent Deposit(s) into the Account under this Settlement Agreement.
