Monitor ▇▇▇▇▇. Existing monitor ▇▇▇▇▇ within the Tier II Monitoring Area that are part of existing groundwater monitoring networks shall be evaluated by the TWG, and up to three (3) ▇▇▇▇▇ or well sites in each of the Tier II hydrographic areas will be selected for quarterly depth-to-water measurements. SNWA shall fund the USGS, or another mutually agreed to third party to perform these measurements and report the data to SNWA and the TWG.

  • Monitor Monitor means to re-assess or re-evaluate, at reasonable intervals, a decision, determination or analysis previously made.

  • Monitoring System In each case in which the Custodian has exercised delegated authority to place Assets with a Foreign Custodian, the Custodian shall establish a system, to re-assess or re-evaluate selected Foreign Custodians, at least annually in accordance with Rule 17f-5(c)(3).

  • Maintenance Programme (i) The Contractor shall prepare a monthly maintenance programme (the “Maintenance Programme”) in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer and submit the same to the Authority’s Engineer not later than 10 (ten) days prior to the commencement of the month in which the Maintenance is to be carried out. For this purpose a joint monthly inspection by the Contractor and the Authority’s Engineer shall be undertaken. The Maintenance Programme shall contain the following: (a) The condition of the road in the format prescribed by the Authority’s Engineer; (b) the proposed maintenance Works; and (c) deployment of resources for maintenance Works.

  • SPECIALIZED SERVICE REQUIREMENTS In the event that the Participating Entity requires service or specialized performance requirements not addressed in this Contract (such as e- commerce specifications, specialized delivery requirements, or other specifications and requirements), the Participating Entity and the Supplier may enter into a separate, standalone agreement, apart from this Contract. Sourcewell, including its agents and employees, will not be made a party to a claim for breach of such agreement.
