Tier II Biologic Monitoring. The KABCs listed in Table 1.2 have been identified for monitoring based on the presence of Species of Greatest Conservation Need (Utah Comprehensive Wildlife Conservation Strategy 2006) (Table 1.2). UDWR currently conducts annual monitoring for Columbia spotted frog and least chub populations, where present, in KABCs in the Tier II monitoring area. Current monitoring methods for these species are consistent with those used in the Tier I monitoring area. Monitoring sites and different species may be added or deleted, and monitoring effort may be adjusted based upon compelling scientific evidence regarding the effects of SNWA groundwater development.

  • Program Monitoring The Contractor will make all records and documents required under this Agreement as outlined here, in OEC Policies and NHECC Policies available to the SRO or its designee, the SR Fiscal Officer or their designee and the OEC. Scheduled monitoring visits will take place twice a year. The SRO and OEC reserve the right to make unannounced visits.

  • Contract Monitoring The criminal background checks required by this rule shall be national in scope, and must be conducted at least once every three (3) years.   • COVID-19 Vaccinations Contractor understands, acknowledges, and agrees that, pursuant to Article II of the General Appropriations Act, none of the General Revenue Funds appropriated to the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) may be used for the purpose of promoting or advertising COVID-19 vaccinations in the 2024-25 biennium. It is also the intent of the legislature that to the extent allowed by federal law, any federal funds allocated to DSHS shall be expended for activities other than promoting or advertising COVID-19 vaccinations. Contractor represents and warrants that it is not ineligible, nor will it be ineligible during the term of this Contract, to receive appropriated funding pursuant to Article II.
