Common use of Monitoring and Testing Clause in Contracts

Monitoring and Testing. The Company will conduct periodic reviews and testing of all elements of its compliance program to evaluate and improve their effectiveness in preventing and detecting violations of U.S. anti-fraud laws and the Truthful Cost or Pricing Data Act, formerly known as ▇▇▇▇, 10 U.S.C. §§ 3701-3708; 41 U.S.C. §§ 3501-3508, and the Code of Conduct and compliance policies and procedures regarding the same, taking into account relevant developments in the field and evolving international and industry standards.
