Common use of Monitoring Arrangement Clause in Contracts

Monitoring Arrangement. Subject to approval by the Council, the taskforce for assessment for implementation of the AFoCo Agreement shall independently monitor the progress of the implementation of the activities and report to the Council under the terms and conditions set forth by the Council.
