Monitoring by USFWS. Plan Permittees acknowledge the necessity for USFWS to monitor compliance with the Permit and will cooperate fully in such monitoring. USFWS may conduct inspections and monitoring in connection with the Permit in accordance with its regulations. (See 50 C.F.R. § 13.21(e)(2))
