Monitoring of Contract Performance. 8.1 The Supplier shall comply with the monitoring arrangements referred to in paragraph 5.6 of the Order Form including, but not limited to, providing such data and information as the Supplier may be required to produce under the Contract. 8.2 Where requested by the Customer, the Supplier shall supply the Management Information to the Customer in the form set out in the Management Information schedule 8 of the Framework Agreement (as amended from time to time) on such date during the Contract Period as specified in paragraph 5.6 of the Order Form.
