Common use of Monitoring of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Monitoring of the Agreement. For the implementation, control, monitoring and communication of the provisions contained in this Framework Agreement, as well as of future specific agreements that are entered into under this agreement, each of the parties shall appoint a representative, who shall be responsible for the coordination and administration of all programmes associated with this agreement and all subsequent specific agreements that are linked to this Framework Agreement. The representative on the part of the ULPGC shall be the Director of Internationalisation, while, on the other part, the (include name of institution) shall be represented by (include position of representative).
