MONITORING RESULT Sample Clauses

The 'Monitoring Result' clause defines how the outcomes of monitoring activities are documented and communicated between parties. Typically, this clause outlines the process for reporting findings, the format and frequency of such reports, and the responsibilities of each party in reviewing and responding to the results. By establishing clear procedures for sharing and addressing monitoring outcomes, this clause ensures transparency and accountability, helping to promptly identify and resolve issues that may arise during the course of an agreement.
