MONTH POSITIONS. In accordance with section 8.3 of the agreement, between the Hospital and the Union, nurses may, on an individual basis, agree to work a three (3) month position in units designated by the Employer. The number of 3-month positions, FTE and units in which the positions are available is at management's discretion. All existing contractual provisions shall apply unless otherwise provided for herein.
