Common use of Month-to-Month Clause in Contracts

Month-to-Month. The Customer may terminate Service to which it subscribes on a month-to-month basis at any time by notifying the Company as required under Section 4.2.1. The Customer remains liable for payment of all outstanding charges for Service(s) used and any equipment purchased prior to termination. If the Customer receives Service on a month-to-month basis, then the Customer will forfeit any prepayment for the remainder of the current month of Service.
