Month Work Year Clause Samples

Month Work Year. The basic ten (10) month work year shall include one hundred eighty-four (184) guaranteed duty days, within the school calendar, as assigned, and shall be paid biweekly for time worked.
Month Work Year. The work year of a full-time ten (10) month employee shall be the number of fiscal year workdays within the assigned ten (10) months. Such employees shall be available for scheduled assignments on fiscal year workdays or on any day of the week in lieu thereof within the assigned ten (10) months. The appropriate administrator shall determine the ten (10) months of an employee's work schedule.
Month Work Year. The work year for ten (10) month secretaries shall consist of one hundred and ninety-five (195) work days beginning not earlier than four (4) work days prior to the first teacher work day and ending not later than seven (7) work days after the last teacher work day.
Month Work Year. September 1 through June 30 - same calendar as professional staff when school is in session.
Month Work Year. The following 10-month hourly employees (Scheduled G, except Groundskeeper, Schedule H, and Schedule I) shall have annualized salaries developed to cover their work year for pay purposes utilizing the hourly rates by schedule, regular assigned hours for the year for each employee, and based on a 180 day work year. The work year for 10-month employees shall be a minimum of 180 work days, which shall be based on student attendance days. If 10-month hourly employees are required to work more than 180 days, they will be paid for such days. If any covered employee is required to attend a superintendent’s or other training day, they shall be paid for such attendance. If circumstances result in fewer than 180 student attendance days, the 10-month employees shall have no reduction in pay of the 180-day work year. It is understood that delayed openings and early dismissals due to weather or other emergency conditions will not result in deductions from compensation.
Month Work Year. Same as calendar for professional staff when school is in session.

  • Work Year The full-time work year for all employees employed in EA and ECE job classes shall be a minimum of 194 work days to correspond with the school year calendar.

  • Construction Period During the construction period, Redeveloper agrees to keep the construction area, including completed operations insured against loss or damage by fire, and such other risks, casualties, and hazards as are customarily covered by builders’ risk or extended coverage policies in an amount not less than the replacement value but allowing for reasonable coinsurance clauses and deductibles. In the event of any insured damage or destruction, Redeveloper agrees to use its good faith efforts to commence restoration of the Private Improvements to its prior condition within nine (9) months from the date of the damage or destruction, and shall diligently pursue the same to completion.

  • Minimum Monthly Rent Tenant shall pay minimum monthly rent (“Minimum Monthly Rent”) in the initial amount stated in Section 1.5. The Minimum Monthly Rent shall be increased as set forth in Section 1.5 and/or elsewhere in this Lease. Tenant shall pay the Minimum Monthly Rent on or before the first day of each calendar month, in advance, at the office of Landlord or at such other place designated by Landlord, without deduction, offset or prior demand. If the Commencement Date is not the first day of a calendar month, the rent for the partial month at the beginning of the Lease Term shall be prorated on a per diem basis and shall be due on the first day of such partial month. Upon execution of this Lease, and before the Commencement Date, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the aggregate of the first month’s Minimum Monthly Rent, the first month’s Monthly Impound Payment (see Section 4.4), and the Security Deposit (see Section 5).

  • Work Week The work week will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. the following Saturday.

  • Normal Work Week The normal work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) hours, and the normal daily hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours, exclusive of a meal period. The normal work week shall be Monday through Friday and the normal workday shall be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
