Monthly Status Report. The Contractor shall prepare a monthly report in a form and of sufficient detail and character as approved by the Owner, which report shall include the following: .1 The current Project Schedule, a statement by the Contractor's project manager as to the progress of the Work in accordance with such Project Schedule (including information concerning the work of each of the Subcontractors) and the Contractor's expectation of completion in accordance with such Project Schedule;
