Monthly Subscription Fees. 7.1 Subject to provisions of Clause 9.2 of this Agreement, the Broadcaster shall raise monthly invoices on the Operator for the Subscribed Channel(s) towards the applicable Monthly Subscription Fee, together with applicable Taxes, for the concerned Month on the Operator within 10 (ten) working days of receipt of the Reports from the Operator. 7.2 For each Month or part thereof during the Term of the Agreement, the Operator shall pay to the Broadcaster the Monthly Subscription Fee which shall be calculated in the manner set out in Clause 8 of this Agreement. 7.3 The A-▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Rate of each Channel per Subscriber and Bouquet Rate per Subscriber is set out in Annexure A to this Agreement. The rates mentioned in Annexure A are exclusive of all Taxes.
