Monthly Subscription Fees. (i) The channel being FTA no subscription fee would be payable. (ii) In the vent of it becoming pay channel the Operator shall pay the Monthly Subscription Fee which shall be the Rate multiplied by the Monthly Average Subscriber Level or as may be mutually agreed.
