Common use of Monthly Updates Clause in Contracts

Monthly Updates. Interconnection Customer shall keep Transmission Provider advised monthly as to the progress of the financing, procurement, and construction efforts with respect to the S-Line Upgrade Project, via email or verbal discussion followed by an email so that Transmission Provider, in turn, may similarly advise the CAISO monthly as to progress of the financing, procurement, and construction efforts with respect to the S-Line Upgrade Project.
