Motor Insurance Database. The Supplier shall be able to fulfil all aspects of Motor Insurance Database for Contracting Authority(s). Please refer to paragraph 5.8.
Motor Insurance Database. 6.8.1 The Supplier shall maintain and update the Motor Insurance Database (MID) of all hires at all times in order to meet the requirements of the EU Motor Insurance Directive.
Motor Insurance Database. It is a condition that the Policyholder supplies details of all vehicles insured on the Policy as required by the relevant law applicable in Great Britain and Northern Ireland for entry onto the Motor Insurance Database.
Motor Insurance Database. 8.8.1. The Supplier shall maintain and update the Motor Insurance Database (MID) of all hires at all times in order to meet the requirements of the EU Motor Insurance Directive (or the In-Country’s equivalent regulatory or legal requirements for Vehicle insurance). 8.8.2. The Supplier shall provide the necessary information, including details regarding the gross weights of the commercial Vehicles, to the Contracting Authority(s) within the necessary timescales; where the Contracting Authority(s), undertakes the responsibility to update the Motor Insurance Database (MID). There is a legal responsibility of the Contracting Authority(s) to upload their rental fleet profile onto the MID.
Motor Insurance Database. When we agree to update the Motor Insurance Database for our commercial clients for whom Insurer’s do not provide this service we do so at the clients own risk. Any penalty or fines for not keeping the Database up to date are the sole responsibility of the client. Any changes to the vehicles or any errors or omissions must be confirmed to us as soon as possible and within 3 working days.
Motor Insurance Database. It is a condition that the Policyholder supplies details of all vehicles insured on the Policy as required by the relevant law applicable in Great Britain and Northern Ireland for entry onto the Motor Insurance Database. The Insurers shall not provide cover or be liable to provide any indemnity or payment or other benefit under this Policy if and to the extent that doing so would breach any prohibition or restriction imposed by law or regulation. If any such prohibition or restriction takes effect during the Policy period the Policyholder or the Insurers may cancel that part of this Policy which is prohibited or restricted, with immediate effect, by sending written notice to the other at their last known registered address. If the whole or any part of the Policy is cancelled the Insurer shall, if and to the extent that it does not breach any Prohibition, return a proportionate amount of the premium for the unexpired period subject to minimum premium requirements and provided no claims have been paid or are outstanding. This Policy and any obligations, whether contractual or non- contractual, arising out of or in respect of it shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Other than as stated in Section 9 Dispute Resolution, any dispute arising in respect of this Policy, or any obligations, whether contractual or non-contractual, arising out of or in respect of it, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Motor Insurance Database. 16.1 If and to the extent that any motor insurance is the subject of this Agreement, the Intermediary shall: (a) support OAK in achieving compliance with the self regulatory targets relating to the Motor Insurance Database; (b) use its best endeavours to ensure and procure that all mandatory policy and vehicle information are notified within three (3) calendar days of the effective date of that insurance policy; and (c) use its best endeavours to ensure and procure that it shall submit such notification and provide such information referred to in (b) above by way of the following (each as applicable): (i) electronic records submitted directly to OAK; (ii) electronic records submitted via a third party (agreed by OAK) to OAK; or (iii) electronic records submitted directly to the Motor Insurance Database (as may be agreed between OAK and the UK Motor Insurance Bureau ("MIB") from time to time).

  • Contractor Insurance All insurance shall be procured from companies authorized to do business in the State of Florida, with a minimum of A.M. Best rating of A, or equivalent. Proof of coverage shall be provided by submitting to the University’s Risk Management Office a certificate or certificates, evidencing the existence thereof or insurance binders and shall be delivered within fifteen (15) days of the tentative award date of the Agreement. In the event a binder is delivered, it shall be replaced within thirty (30) days by a certificate in lieu thereto. A renewal certificate shall be delivered to the University’s Risk Management Office at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date of each expiring policy. The University, at its sole discretion, has the right to deviate from any of the insurance requirements herein. If the University decides to deviate from the insurance requirements stated herein, the University will inform the Contractor in writing.

  • Subcontractor Insurance In accord with Good Utility Practice, each Interconnected Entity shall require each of its subcontractors to maintain and provide evidence of insurance coverage of types, and in amounts, commensurate with the risks associated with the services provided by the subcontractor. Bonding of contractors or subcontractors shall be at the hiring Interconnected Entity’s discretion, but regardless of bonding, the hiring principal shall be responsible for the performance or non- performance of any contractor or subcontractor it hires.

  • Standard Hazard Insurance and Flood Insurance Policies (a) For each Mortgage Loan, the Master Servicer shall enforce any obligation of the Servicers under the related Servicing Agreements to maintain or cause to be maintained standard fire and casualty insurance and, where applicable, flood insurance, all in accordance with the provisions of the related Servicing Agreements. It is understood and agreed that such insurance shall be with insurers meeting the eligibility requirements set forth in the applicable Servicing Agreement and that no earthquake or other additional insurance is to be required of any Mortgagor or to be maintained on property acquired in respect of a defaulted loan, other than pursuant to such applicable laws and regulations as shall at any time be in force and as shall require such additional insurance. (b) Pursuant to Section 4.01 and 4.02, any amounts collected by the Servicers or the Master Servicer, or by any Servicer, under any insurance policies (other than amounts to be applied to the restoration or repair of the property subject to the related Mortgage or released to the Mortgagor in accordance with the applicable Servicing Agreement) shall be deposited into the Master Servicer Collection Account, subject to withdrawal pursuant to Section 4.02 and 4.03. Any cost incurred by the Master Servicer or any Servicer in maintaining any such insurance if the Mortgagor defaults in its obligation to do so shall be added to the amount owing under the Mortgage Loan where the terms of the Mortgage Loan so permit; provided, however, that the addition of any such cost shall not be taken into account for purposes of calculating the distributions to be made to Certificateholders and shall be recoverable by the Master Servicer or such Servicer pursuant to Section 4.02 and 4.03.

  • Contractor Insurance Requirements When performing Work on property in the care, custody, or control of the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall maintain all commercial general liability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, and any other insurance the Judicial Council deems appropriate under the Agreement. Upon request from the Judicial Council, the Contractor shall furnish an insurance certificate evidencing required insurance coverage acceptable to the Judicial Council. The Contractor may also be required to have the Judicial Council shown as an additional insured on selected policies.

  • Pool Insurance Compliance Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Servicer shall at all times comply with all applicable Pool Insurance policy requirements so as to assure the full benefit of such Pool Insurance policy to the Trustee.
