Move Out Inspection. Tenant has a right to a move-out inspection within two weeks of Tenant's move-out date as part of the checkout process. Tenant will be billed for damages (see Section 17, TENANT RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY, above) within 21 days of checkout. Outstanding damages or payments will be turned over to a credit collections agency ninety (90) days after termination of this Agreement.
