Common use of Multi-Campus Units Clause in Contracts

Multi-Campus Units. In the event the Employer decides to expand the use of cross campus assignments to a department where the practice does not currently exist, the Union will be notified at the earliest opportunity. The Employer will meet with the Union and representatives of staff to address staff concerns and convene a change team. All applicable contractual practices will be followed. In the event a new multi-campus unit is created, all affected employees shall be assigned a home campus pursuant to the contractual procedures identified by the change team potentially including but not limited to 7.1 Recruitment and Selection, and/or 10.1 Layoffs.
