Common use of Multiple Assignments Clause in Contracts

Multiple Assignments. A. The Theatre may engage an individual to both direct and choreograph a covered production, provided, however, that an individual engaged to direct and choreograph a musical production shall receive no less than one hundred seventy-five (175%) percent of the Director’s minimum fee as specified in the annexed “Schedule A.” B. An individual employed by the Theatre in another capacity for a covered production may also be required to direct and/or choreograph said production, provided said individual shall receive an amount no less than the minimum Director’s and/or Choreographer’s fee as specified in the annexed “Schedule A.”
