Multiple Counterparts; Electronic Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which shall be an original but all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument. This Agreement may be circulated for signature through electronic transmission, including, without limitation, facsimile and email, and all signatures so obtained and transmitted shall be deemed for all purposes under this Agreement to be original signatures and may conclusively be relied upon by any party to this Agreement.

For purposes hereof, “Electronic Record” and “Electronic Signature” shall have the meanings assigned to them, respectively, by 15 USC §7006, as it may be amended from time to time.

This Agreement may be executed in a number of identical counterparts which, taken together, shall constitute collectively one (1) agreement; in making proof of this Agreement, it shall not be necessary to produce or account for more than one such counterpart with each party's signature.
