Multiple Departments. In cases where term workload for regularization or conversion is accrued in more than one (1) department, the following sequence will apply: (1) The workload will be first accommodated in the department(s) where they originated. (2) If any portion of the workload cannot be accommodated by the originating department, the balance of that workload will be referred to the other departments, in descending order (order is based on the total FTE workload accrued in each department).
