MULTIPLE OCCUPANCY. A. Each Resident of an apartment is jointly and severally liable for the terms and conditions of the Housing Agreement for the apartment. If there are any damages or fines owed when the apartment is vacated, all roommates of that apartment will be equally liable and Residence Life may, at its sole discretion, pursue collection from one or all roommates.
