Lessor may require Lessees from time to time to sign a written statement that Premises is not occupied by any individual(s) not named in this Lease; failure to sign such written statement shall be considered a material breach of this lease. Holdover By Lessees. Lessees must move out and release occupancy of the Unit no later than Noon on the ending date of this Lease. A surcharge of $200.00 per hour may be imposed for holdover Lessees.
