Common use of Multiple Purchases Clause in Contracts

Multiple Purchases. This Agreement may be executed by one or more Purchasers. In the event this Agreement pertains to a purchase by a single Purchaser, all references to the Purchasers or "each Purchaser" shall be deemed to refer to such single Purchaser.
