MUNICIPALITY TO PERMIT CONNECTION TO WORKS. The Municipality shall upon the later of: a) The Owner obtaining all permits from the Municipality, Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks (Ontario) (herein “MECP”), or any other public authority having jurisdiction, required for any infrastructure built within its lands for the purpose of connecting to the Works (herein “connecting infrastructure”); b) The Owner executing this agreement and paying the Estimated Costs (as herein defined); c) The Owner constructing the connecting infrastructure to the satisfaction of the Municipality and the MECP; permit the Owner to connect to the Works.

  • Authorization to Perform Services The Consultant is not authorized to perform any services or incur any costs whatsoever under the terms of this Agreement until receipt of a written Notice to Proceed from the City.

  • Data Necessary to Perform Services The Trust or its agent shall furnish to USBFS the data necessary to perform the services described herein at such times and in such form as mutually agreed upon.

  • AUTHORITY TO PERFORM AGREEMENTS The Company undertakes to obtain all consents, approvals, authorizations or orders of any court or governmental agency or body which are required for the performance of this Agreement and under the Organizational Documents or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby and thereby, respectively, or the conducting by the Company of the business described in the Prospectus.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Access to Personnel File Each employee shall have reasonable access to his/her personnel file for the purpose of reviewing any evaluations or formal disciplinary notations contained therein, in the presence of the Director of Personnel or designate. An employee has the right to request copies of any evaluations in this file.
