MUTUAL INTERESTS. The economic interest of the Employer and the employees is better served through the express cooperation of the Employer and the Union. Close contact and a mutual sympathetic interest between the Employer and the employees will develop a better working system, which will tend to constantly improve distribution, production and service, while improving the relationship between the Employer, the employees and public.
