That the Parties agree there is an opportunity to utilize the scholarship funding to assist with: a. the recruitment of new health care professionals for the region; and b. the retention of health care professionals, and to expand their skills and remain the region. Both Parties will work together to encourage widespread understanding and support for the MOU.
