Common use of Mutual Selection of Carriers Clause in Contracts

Mutual Selection of Carriers. All health and accident insurance coverage shall be mutually selected by the School Board and the Roundup Education Association with the School District paying up to $900 or the cost of a single HDHP monthly premium per full-time employee or $810 per month per part-time employee. The Board reserves the exclusive right to select the carrier together with any self-insurance provisions which shall be controlled by the School District.
