The Mutual Services clause establishes that both parties to an agreement are obligated to provide certain services to each other, rather than the arrangement being one-sided. In practice, this means each party may be required to perform specific tasks, share resources, or offer support as outlined in the contract, such as exchanging information or jointly managing a project. The core function of this clause is to ensure reciprocity and balance in the contractual relationship, promoting cooperation and clarifying the expectations for both sides.
Mutual Services. Schedules 2.3 set forth certain collaborative arrangements between Citi and Banco de Chile that involve the provision of services by one or more of the Citi Parties, on the one hand, to one or more of the Banco de Chile Parties, on the other hand, or by one or more of the Banco de Chile Parties, on the one hand, to one or more of the Citi Parties, on the other hand (the “Mutual Services”). Each of Citi and Banco de Chile shall provide, or shall cause its Affiliates or third parties to provide, the applicable Mutual Services set forth in Schedule 2.3.
Mutual Services. 1. Work together with the goal of improving the State’s capacity to integrate data, link data files, and to utilize program data to improve program administration and outcomes.
2. Share and disseminate data necessary for program administration, policy development, and to carry out responsibilities listed in this Agreement.
3. Designate individuals to accept and coordinate all data requests from each respective agency in accordance with individual program’s policies and procedures.
4. To maintain policies and procedures that ensure data sharing is in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), specifically 45 CFR Parts 160 and 164 (the “Privacy Rule” and “Security Rule”); the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH Act); and applicable federal and Arkansas laws that protect the privacy and provide for the security of protected health information and electronic protected health information;
5. To uphold the confidentiality of shared data in accordance with the following requirements:
a. The data will not be used in any way except for the purpose stated above;
b. The data will not be released, wholly or partially, to any person that is not required to use it as part of their job duties for the purpose stated above;
c. The data will be kept in a secure environment and not be transported on an unencrypted mobile device such as a laptop, cellphone or flash drive; only the authorized user will have access to the data;
d. The confidentiality requirements shall continue in full effect until the data have been destroyed from their system and any backups.

2. Work collaboratively in the development of performance measures that rely on linked data as a means of better understanding the needs of vulnerable populations and targeting resources to them more effectively.
3. Collaborate among programs to guide the permissible sharing and dissemination of data for program administration, policy development, and to carry out the responsibilities listed in this Agreement.
4. Implement processes to ensure data sharing requests are in compliance with HIPAA and applicable State and federal statutes, regulations, and guidelines.
5. Assign specific program designees to accept and coordinate all data request from each respective agency in accordance with individual program procedures and protocols.
6. Provide specific agreed upon program data necessary for program monitoring and evaluation.
Mutual Services. 1. Establish a mutually agreeable methodology and protocols for receiving Federal financial participation for approved costs incurred by the ISDH in sharing data.
2. Maintain and/or provide documentation of financial data and monitoring of records required to support program reimbursement.
3. Implement procedures to track, collect, or disseminate payments.
Mutual Services. Assign responsibilities to staff related to the operation and evaluation of this Agreement.
Mutual Services. A. The District shall provide the following coordinated services to the City:
Mutual Services. As a testimony to the value of the integration of each Parties services, each party agrees to utilize the others service in their respective operations. Further, each Party agrees to provide the other the services described below and associated support at no cost and to proceed promptly with the implementation of these services. Both parties agree to utilize their reasonable best efforts to implement these services within 60 days following the Effective Date of this agreement. SkyCache will implement Cyclone on its news server and on a service adapter (initially stand-alone but analysis will be conducted to determine feasibility of integration within the SkyCache service adapter) providing Usenet News feed. bCandid will provide a bCandid news feed to SkyCache terminated at the SkyCache facility in Laurel MD. BCandid will receive a monthly support and updates fee of $50 per service adapter if the end customer is using a Cyclone Powered service adapter. In addition SkyCache will locate a dish at bCandid's facility in Herndon VA, permission for the installation of this facility having been obtained by bCandid and no cost to SkyCache for roof rights or other costs associated with locating the dish at this location.
Mutual Services a. All parties will coordinate activities to enhance customer service and work to resolve problems with impact on timely access to services.
b. All parties will coordinate strategic planning efforts to ensure coordination in the design, implementation, and evaluation of program services for women, infants, and children.
c. All parties will keep each other apprised of those services which are available to eligible individuals pursuant to Federal law and State regulations and guidelines.
d. All parties will collaborate when implementing significant changes to program policies that may impact the other.
e. All parties will develop program policies and regulations that address standards of quality care.
f. All parties will promote family planning and prenatal care.
g. All parties will promote the importance of a medical home.
h. FHA and Medicaid will collaborate on the development of tools and processes for identifying high-risk women and will jointly provide support for the Maryland Prenatal Risk Assessment system.
i. FHA and Medicaid will develop training and education programs for medical professionals and consumers.
j. WIC and Medicaid will notify each other of policy changes that may have an affect on access to services and will coordinate with FHA on initiatives to improve MCH.
k. FHA will coordinate with Medicaid regarding activities and programs regarding childhood health promotion and prevention programs.
Mutual Services. (1) Medicaid and FHA will coordinate hotline activities.
(2) FHA/Oral Health and Medicaid will work collaboratively to update the resource guide of dental providers.
Mutual Services. Subject to Section 1(g) below, each of HMC on the one hand, and the Subsidiaries on the other, agrees to provide such rights and services to the other as may be reasonably requested, including but not limited to:
(i) assistance by management and employees of HMC to the Subsidiaries, and assistance by management and employees of the Subsidiaries to HMC;
(ii) use by the Subsidiaries of such office space, administrative and support facilities, and other rights and services as the Subsidiaries may reasonably request, and use by HMC of such office space, administrative and support facilities, and other rights and services as HMC may reasonably request; and
(iii) all other services as agreed to by the parties from time to time.
