Common use of Name and Address of Building Clause in Contracts

Name and Address of Building. Landlord reserves the right at any time and from time to time to change the name or address of the Building and/or the Property, provided Landlord gives Tenant at least three (3) months’ prior written notice thereof. Within thirty (30) days after receipt of a reasonably detailed invoice, Landlord shall reimburse Tenant for up to $5,000 of the reasonable out-of-pocket costs incurred by Tenant in connection with any such change.
