Name list Clause Samples

The Name List clause requires the parties to provide a list of individuals or entities who are authorized or involved in a particular aspect of the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies who may receive notices, access confidential information, or participate in meetings or negotiations. By clearly identifying these persons or organizations, the clause helps prevent unauthorized involvement and ensures that communications and responsibilities are directed to the correct parties, thereby reducing confusion and enhancing accountability.
