Common use of Name of Development Clause in Contracts

Name of Development. The right, so long as the First Owner remains the Owner of any part of the Development, to change the name of the Development or any part thereof at any time subject to prior written approval of the Owners’ Committee or the Owners’ Corporation (if formed).
